Two rival ice-skaters get into a fight when they tie which results in them being banned from skating again.
They find a loop-hole that allows them to enter as a double-act.
It's hilarious to watch these two comic actors work together with Ferrell being the macho tough guy and Heder the feminine boy. They work out their differences and try to be winners once again.
