Steven Seagal is one of those ultra action stars like Chuck Norris; he does loads of stunts and pulls off tricks that are impossible to do so that the film is supposed to be serious but actually looks like a comedy.
Exit Wounds isn't as good as his earlier stuff but is still alright.
